  • We currently ship to the Canada,United Kingdom and United States (Shipping to U.S. overseas territories is currently unavailable) with free shipping policy.
  • Other regions are not available for shipping at this time.

  • Canada: 13-20 business days
  • United Kingdom:9-15 business days

4. Customs Duties

  • Per the customs policies of different countries, customs duties for customers in the United States(U.S. overseas territories not included), Canada and the United Kingdom will be covered by us.

  • Tracking information will be sent to you via email or your Shopify account after shipping. Please keep this information safe.

6. Delivery Failure:

  • If the delivery fails due to the buyer's non-cooperation (e.g., incorrect or invalid shipping address, recipient unavailable) or if the buyer refuses to accept the package, the package will be returned. The buyer shall bear the cost of return shipping.
