What is the return policy?

Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. If any of these conditions are not met, your return request will be rejected.

For returns due to non-quality issues, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. For returns due to quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs, and the restocking fee will be waived.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Despite the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

  • We currently ship to reland, France, Finland,  Swede, the United States, Canada, Australia,Spain and the United Kingdom. Other regions are not available for shipping at this time.
